Wiltshire Council & NHS Wiltshire VCS Award

Doorway is extremely proud to announce that we were short-listed for an award at the recent Wiltshire Council and NHS Wiltshire Voluntary and Community Awards Ceremony in Devizes on 2nd October 2012.

This was the third year of the Wiltshire VCS Awards scheme, which has been designed to recognise good practice and good performance, encourage sharing of success stories and to celebrate the many excellent and innovative things happening in the county.

Doorway was shortlisted for an award in the “Improving Quality of Life” category, and although we didn’t win we are very proud since we were up against two very large and influential organisations within the county: Age UK and Age Salisbury District Information and Advice; and The Wiltshire Links Scheme
